GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchase of DO NOT IRON goods from this on-line store, belonging to Sottosopra Sas (hereinafter DO NOT IRON) with registered offices in Via S. Francesco d’Assisi 6 – Milan, is subject to the acknowledgement of the following General Conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
If the article ordered is no longer available or if for the reasons described below it is not possible to accept the order, we will send you an e-mail immediately.
In particular, orders will not be accepted:
If at the time of order the material is not available in stock (if the material is not available it will not in any case be possible to add it to the cart) and/or
If your credit card issuer does not confirm payment.
DO NOT IRON reserves the right to accept the order, at its sole discretion.

SALES PRICES

All prices given on the website are inclusive of VAT and are in EUR.
You can pay for the products purchased and relative shipping costs by PayPal or, if you do not have a PayPal account, by credit card or prepaid cards.
Having updated the cart, to complete your order first select “Checkout” and then “Proceed with your purchase”.
If you already have a PayPal account, click to access your account and log in using your e-mail and password to confirm payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, create a new one by filling in the data requested and creating an account; otherwise you can use your credit card or a prepaid card. Then you can confirm the payment.

The order will be processed as soon as the payment is received. For goods returns, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or your credit card if you are not a registered PayPal user).

DO NOT IRON is not liable for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of your credit card at the time of payment of the purchased goods.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Methods
DO NOT IRON provides an express delivery service for both national and international shipments (international shipment available to Europe and some non-EU countries). Click to view the list of European countries we ship to.
We have chosen to use exclusively the DHL express courier services, in order to guarantee fast, safe and traceable deliveries.
On dispatch you will receive a notice directly from DHL by e-mail or mobile phone.
Deliveries are not permitted to PO boxes.

Shipping costs
National shipments: FREE

International shipments to Europe and non-EU countries: €26 (incl. VAT)
For orders over €89, all shipping costs are FREE

International shipments to the USA: €35 (incl. VAT) Full fee

International shipments to RUSSIA: €48 (incl. VAT) Full fee

Any customs duties and import charges are for the recipient’s account and will be charged when the parcel reaches the country of destination.
www.donotiron.it has no control over these costs, which may vary considerably from country to country. For more information we advise you to contact the customs authorities in the country of destination.

To trace your package, access your account and select “My Orders”. Having selected the article you want to know about, click on “Where is my package”. DNI will send you a message providing you with the tracking number of your shipment. To monitor the shipping status go to http://www.dhl.it/it/express/ricerca.html and enter your tracking number in the relative field.

Shipping times
DHL deliver on the next working day following dispatch, excluding the islands and some remote locations. In this case, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
If the goods shipped by courier do not arrive in the set times, you may contact DO NOT IRON at the e-mail address help@donotiron.it.
If the goods are not delivered because you are not able to receive it, first of all contact the courier using the contacts left by the courier who has not been able to deliver the package or, if this is not possible, contact your nearest DHL branch.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you realised that you have made a mistake or you change your mind after placing an order, don’t worry! You can cancel you order as described below:

We will change your order for you, replacing it with another t-shirt of your choice.
If the t-shirt has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your order.
DO NOT IRON reserves  the right to cancel an order or item in the order in the event of credit card fraud.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item or items and ask for an exchange or a refund within 14 date of receipt, as laid down in art. 64 and following of Italian Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) no. 206/2005.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return the goods, you have 14 days to dispatch your returns.
Within this 14 day period we will refund you the amount paid for your purchase, including shipping costs for purchases in Italy. For purchases outside of Italy, all transport costs are for the customers’ account.

The following rules apply to returns:
The t-shirt must be returned in its original packaging, and must meet the following conditions:
– It must be in perfect condition
– It must not show any signs of use
– It must be intact
– It must not have been worn
– It must not have been washed or altered in any way

Once we have received the package and checked the integrity of the goods, we will proceed to refund the t-shirt, including shipping costs for purchases in Italy and excluding shipping costs incurred for all purchases sent to countries other than Italy.
Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We will send you confirmation by e-mail when we have received the package and sent the refund.
The amount of the refund will be accredited to the PayPal account used for purchase.

TO RETURN GOODS:

Access your account
Select “Return goods”
Select the order for which you wish to return goods
Fill in the field indicating the reason for the return
Wait for our authorisation (or confirmation) before sending the package
Once you have received confirmation from our returns department, package the t-shirt and send it (at your own expense) in any method you wish, to the following address:

Wash it, inside out, by hand in cold water or in the washing machine (max 30° on a low spin)

Dry it flat to keep it in shape or hang on a (non-wooden) hanger

Do not iron! We’re sure you’ve got plenty of other things to do, but if you really insist, always iron inside out
